Michelle Ragusa-McBain

Michelle Ragusa-McBain is currently an advisor at xAmplify. Prior to that, they were the chair of CompTIA's Advancing Women in Technology from January 2016 to May 2018. In this role, Michelle worked to empower women with resources and information to positively impact their technology careers, inspire women to choose careers in technology, and help technology businesses create cultures that support a diverse workforce.

Michelle is passionate about helping women and girls discover ways they can play important roles in the technology industry. Through their work with CompTIA's Advancing Women in Technology Community, they have helped reach more than 10,000 people with the message that technology is a great place for women and girls.

Michelle Ragusa-McBain has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Manhattan College in Global Business Management and Marketing. Michelle also has a BS Global Business and Marketing from Manhattan College with a Concentration in Global Business Minor in Peace Studies. Michelle is certified from Cisco in CCSE and Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA).
