Catalina Albornoz Anzola

Catalina Albornoz Anzola has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position is as a Quantum Community Manager at Xanadu, where they currently work. Prior to this, Catalina worked at IBM, starting as an Early Sales Professional before moving on to become a Client Technical Specialist and then a Systems Sales Specialist. Before IBM, they worked as a Coordinadora de Estudios Energéticos at Greenyellow Colombia from 2018 to 2020. Catalina also has experience as an Asistente Graduada de Docencia at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia in 2017 and as a Research Intern at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique in 2016. Catalina began their professional journey as an Intern at Fives Stein in 2015 and also had a brief stint as a Project Intern at HAS Climatisation in the same year.

Catalina Albornoz Anzola has a diverse education history. Catalina completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Engineering at Universidad de Los Andes from 2010 to 2016. Moreover, they hold certifications in Certificate of Quantum Excellence from IBM, Programming Essentials in Python from the Python Institute, Global Sales School from IBM, IBM Quantum Conversations from IBM, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, and IBM Quantum Technical Ambassador from IBM, all obtained in 2021.
