Darren Whitten

Darren Whitten has extensive experience in the gaming and environmental management sectors. Currently serving as Environment Manager and Assistant Environmental Director at Xanitos Inc. since July 2019, Darren also owns Whitten Enterprise, which provides janitorial services in the Mid-South Area. Previous roles include Casino Operations Shift Manager and Housekeeping Shift Manager at Hollywood Casino from 2010 to 2019, where responsibilities included ensuring superior customer service, supervising and training employees, and managing operational functions. Prior positions at Horseshoe Casino, Resorts Tunica, and HARRAH’S ENTERTAINMENT involved similar supervisory and training duties, emphasizing customer service and compliance with regulations. Education was obtained at Northwest Mississippi Community College.
