Chuck Donato

Chuck Donato has extensive experience in retail management, with a focus on strategic planning and operational excellence. Currently serving as Retail Director at Xanterra Travel Collection since August 2021, Chuck develops and implements annual plans aligned with organizational objectives and National Park Service contracts. Prior roles include Corporate Retail Director at Palace Entertainment, where accountability for profit and loss, procurement management, and corporate sponsorship development were key responsibilities. Chuck also directed retail operations for the San Diego Padres and held various positions at Upper Deck, contributing to business strategy and merchandise planning. Chuck holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College, earned between 1983 and 1987.
