Kelly Zak, PMP, ITIL

Kelly Zak, PMP, ITIL has been working in the IT industry since 2010. Kelly began their career at All Covered as a Project Manager, where their primary responsibility was to manage a series of concurrent IT implementation projects. In 2019, they joined Xantrion as a Project Manager. In both roles, Kelly has been responsible for driving results through efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to direct communications within the project team and with each of the project clients.

Kelly Zak has a Master of Arts (MA) in Education with an Emphasis in Science and Technology from San Jose State University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2001. Kelly also has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they have been working towards since 2014 and is expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice and the Project Management Institute, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (2015), Project Management Professional (PMP) (2020), Project Management Professional (PMP) (2017), and PMP, Project Management Professional (2014).
