Alexandra Makarova

Alexandra Makarova is an accomplished professional in customer success, currently serving as Head of Customer Success for Eastern Europe & CIS at Xapads Media since December 2022. Previously, Alexandra held multiple roles at Appnext, including Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Lead for Russia & CIS from March 2021 to November 2022. Alexandra has a strong academic background, holding a Master's degree in E-Business from the Higher School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from the Russian University of Transport (MIIT). With experience in teaching as a Senior Lecturer at the National Research University from January 2019 to April 2021 and various customer success and account management roles at Mail.ru Group, Hearst Shkulev Media, and Rambler&Co, Alexandra has developed extensive expertise in the field.
