Adityo Wibisono

Adityo Wibisono began their work experience in 2008 as a Team Leader at PT Tata Bisnis Solusi. Adityo then served as a Project Manager at PT Inoveit Mitra Utama from January 2010 to September 2010. From October 2010 to August 2012, they worked as an Operation Manager at PT Argenta Jayanta Pratama. Adityo then transitioned to PT Intrias Mandiri Sejati, where they worked as an HR Recruitment specialist from September 2012 to November 2014. Adityo then joined PT Berlian Sistem Informasi in November 2014 as the Human Capital Recruitment Service Manager, a role they held until June 2019. Currently, Adityo is working as the Head of Human Capital & General Affairs at Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia, starting in June 2019.

Adityo Wibisono obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Sriwijaya in the period of 2000-2006. Additionally, they have also received certifications in Talent Management and Technical Recruiting from LinkedIn in the years 2022 and 2019 respectively.
