Katherine Miefert

Ms. Miefert joined Xavier's Office of General Counsel in May 2021. Ms. Miefert earned her undergraduate degree in the second language and International Economics from the University of Kentucky and her Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University, Chase College of Law. Most recently, Ms. Miefert worked in higher education law at the University of New Mexico where she focused on student affairs and healthcare law issues, including Title IX, constitutional law, contracting, and research.
