Nezam Al - Nsair

Nezam Al-Nsair is an accomplished academic leader in nursing education with extensive experience in various administrative roles. Currently serving as the Founding Dean of the College of Nursing at Xavier University since June 2022, Nezam has previously held the position of Dean at the Myers School of Nursing & Health Professions at York College of Pennsylvania where responsibilities included establishing the school's vision and strategic plan. Other notable positions include Executive Dean of Health Sciences at Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE, and Founding Dean of the School of Nursing and Health Professions at York College of Pennsylvania. With a solid foundation in academia, Nezam has contributed to program development, accreditation, and education in nursing across several institutions, including University of Mount Union and Walsh University. Nezam holds a PhD in Adult Health Nursing-Cardiac from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's degree in Nursing Education/Adult Health Nursing-Cardiac from Villanova University.
