Indra Vale

Indra Vale has extensive experience in human resources management. Indra recently worked as the Human Resources Director at XB Logistics, where they assumed the role in June 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resource Manager at Springs Window Fashions from February 2016 to June 2018. Before that, Indra worked as an HR Regional Generalist for Mexico at Brady Corporation from March 2014 to February 2016. Indra also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Allegion US from September 2010 to February 2014, overseeing recruitment and selection and providing general HR services. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Talent Coordinator at Ingersoll Rand from March 2008 to September 2010 and as an Organizational Development Coordinator at Cerveceria Cuahtemoc Moctezuma from May 2004 to February 2008.

From 1998 to 2003, Indra Vale attended the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering.
