Wictor Dahlström has a diverse work history in various roles within the pharmaceutical and technology industries. Wictor began their career as a Chemist at ÅAC Microtec AB, where they worked on space technology and MEMS. Following this, they worked as a Laboratory Engineer at Fresenius Kabi, conducting quality control on parenteral nutritional solutions and other products.

Dahlström then joined AstraZeneca as a Laboratory Engineer, focusing on chemical quality control of pharmaceuticals. Wictor later transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Officer at QA Materials and Supply, responsible for the purchase, release, and transport of materials within AstraZeneca's operations.

Prior to their current role, Dahlström worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Mpya Sci & Tech, and as a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant at THoSE AB.

Currently, Dahlström is employed as a Senior Manager Late-stage Analytics at Xbrane Biopharma AB. In this role, they oversee project management of studies supporting the company's MAA/BLA for Ximluci and coordinates comparability studies related to process development for Ximluci.

Wictor Dahlström has a diverse education history. Wictor began their academic journey in 2002 at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, where they pursued a Tekniskt basår (Technical Foundation Year). Wictor then enrolled at Uppsala University in 2003 and completed their Master of Science degree in Chemistry and Mathematics in 2007. Following this, they attended the University of Skövde from 2007 to 2010, focusing on Philosophy of Mind and Cognitive Science. In the same period, they also pursued Chemistry for renewable energy at Uppsala University.
