Christopher Richardson

Christopher Richardson has worked in the technology industry since 2010. Christopher began their career at Geek Squad as a CS Agent, where they were the first contact for customers with technical issues, system setup and troubleshooting. Additionally, they ran classes teaching various operating systems and devices to customers. In 2013, Richardson moved to Beall's, Inc. as a Live Observation Control Center Supervisor. Since 2015, they have been employed at xByte Technologies as an Enterprise Sales Representative, Sales Associate, and Wholesale Account Representative. In their role as Enterprise Sales Representative, they provide total solution sales for clients and their partners, providing Dell enterprise servers, storage and networking as a Recertified option. Christopher also builds custom to order quotes, software solutions and future proof planning. As a Wholesale Account Representative, they broker sales and account management, and conducts market research for both procurement and sales, specializing in Dell Enterprise server hardware and services.

Christopher Richardson attended the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee from 2004 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Project Management.
