Chad Williams, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at XCaliber Container since March 2022, Williams also holds the position of Plant Manager at Clayton Homes, where responsibilities include planning a new startup manufacturing facility for Clayton Supply. Previous roles include Production Manager at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. from April 2017 to June 2019, and Plant Manager at both Masonite International from July 2010 to March 2017 and Dana Incorporated from May 1999 to July 2010. Williams holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Tech from Murray State University and an MBA from Bethel University, College of Professional Studies.
