Esther Gil Portuondo is a Geospatial Technologies Manager at Xcalibur Smart Mapping since May 2022 and has been a professor at the Instituto Superior del Medio Ambiente since April 2014, teaching courses on remote sensing and GIS applications in environmental projects. Additionally, Esther is an instructor in the Master's program in Environmental Engineering and Management at the Escuela de Organización Industrial and has extensive experience as a GIS Analyst and Project Manager at Argongra from May 2009 to May 2022, along with previous roles in GIS analysis at Repsol and as a scientific animator at the Parque de las Ciencias Granada. Esther holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Control from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences from the Universidad de Granada.
