Katherine Chase

Katherine Chase is a skilled geophysical data processor currently employed at Xcalibur Multiphysics since April 2023. Previously, Katherine held various positions including geoscientist at Bell Geospace from January 2018 to March 2023, software tester at Vertical Automation & Information Technology for a brief period in 2017, and data analyst at Bell Geospace from February 2014 to July 2017. In the data analyst role, Katherine utilized command line tools for quality-controlled data analytics, successfully processing over 200 surveys and enhancing long-term analytics for instrument reliability. Katherine also gained research experience as an undergraduate assistant at the University of Houston from July 2015 to May 2017, focusing on the acquisition of trace element compositional data in crude oil samples. Katherine earned a Bachelor's degree in Geophysics with Mathematics from the University of Houston in 2017.
