Xiong Li currently serves as the Chief Geophysicist at Xcalibur Smart Mapping, a leader in airborne and marine geophysical data acquisitions, since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Geophysicist at CGG Multi-Physics, Chief Geophysicist at Fugro GravMag Solutions, and Senior Research Geophysicist at BHP, among others. Xiong Li has a strong academic background with a PhD in Geophysics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and advanced degrees from Chengdu University of Technology, complemented by research experience in various prestigious institutions and contributions to notable projects in non-seismic geophysics and algorithm development for gravity data processing.
