Marc Rothchild

Marc leads the claims business at Xceedance, bringing 20 years of operations and technology leadership experience across the insurance, software, and supply chain distribution industries. He spent the last 13 years leading various U.S. and global teams across claims, operations, analytics, and technology at AIG — and most recently for its digital commercial insurance carrier, Blackboard Insurance. Marc was responsible for technology and process improvements, innovation, and solutions designed to benefit global claims professionals, brokers, and key carrier stakeholders who relied on diverse data and digital tools to offer responsive claims services to policyholders.

Throughout his career in the insurance industry, Marc also worked with insurtech providers and in-house technology teams to deliver operational transformation, drive automation opportunities, build modern claims technology platforms, and develop mobile solutions for policyholders. For seven years prior to entering the insurance industry, Marc held various consulting and operations management roles with Silicon Valley startups and Fortune 1000 technology companies.
