Brandon Glaser

Brandon Glaser is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in operations delivery across various sectors, particularly in the energy industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Operations Delivery at Xcel Energy since September 2013, Brandon oversees the IT Operations portfolio, focusing on capital budget management and project delivery while empowering program managers and fostering collaboration with leadership. Previous roles at Xcel Energy include Manager of IT Operations Delivery and Manager of IT Fleet Nuclear Operations, where responsibilities included leading teams at nuclear power plants and executing strategic IT projects. Prior to joining Xcel Energy, Brandon held positions at Dominion and Nuclear Management Company, starting as a Nuclear Process Computer Specialist and advancing through roles in software systems engineering and systems analysis. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
