Cathy Hart has extensive experience in corporate governance and business services, having served in various leadership roles at Xcel Energy Inc. since August 2000. Currently, Cathy holds the position of VP & Corporate Secretary, having previously held the title of VP, Business Services and Corporate Secretary until May 2013. Cathy also served as Retired VP, Corporate Secretary during this tenure. Educational credentials include a degree from Ohio University.
