Katy Rowan

Katy Rowan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and sales management. Currently serving as an Integrated Planner at Xcel Energy since August 2022, Katy previously held several managerial positions at Red Wing Gear from May 2020 to July 2022, including Operations Manager and Logistics and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Elektro Assemblies, where responsibilities included Production Manager and Inside Sales Manager, as well as a significant tenure at Fastenal as an Inside Sales Manager. Katy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Capella University, completed in December 2020, and also attended Inver Hills Community College from 2002 to 2004.
