Shaun Levy

Shaun Levy, CPPM, currently serves as the Plant Operations Manager for Gas Plants at Xcel Energy, where responsibilities include overseeing large-scale project delivery and operations for four gas plants across Minnesota and Wisconsin, with significant achievements such as a 14% reduction in O&M labor charges in 2021. Prior roles at Xcel Energy include Operations Supervisor for Transmission Civil Construction and Electric Distribution Project Manager, focused on budget management and project execution. Shaun's earlier experience at Flint Hills Resources involved managing operations and maintenance for plants and pipelines, including a major piping project. Education includes an ongoing pursuit of a B.S. in Energy Management and an A.A.S. in Electric Power Technology/Substation Protective Relaying, both from Bismarck State College.
