Teresa Madden

Teresa Madden is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and board governance. Formerly serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Xcel Energy, Teresa currently holds the position of Director on the Board of Directors at Enbridge, where Teresa chairs the Audit Finance Risk Committee and is a member of the Governance Committee. Previously, Teresa was a Director at Peabody Energy, chairing the Audit Committee and participating in the Health Safety Security and Environmental Committee. Teresa Madden holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Regis University.
