Michael Heller has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Xcelerate Solutions since January 2023. Prior to this, they were an Executive Board Member at National Lutheran Communities & Services, starting from April 2022. In February 2021, they were selected as an Advisory Board Member - Performance Management at HR.com. Michael also has experience as the Founder & CEO of iRevü by Engagiant, a real-time performance management platform, from January 2014 onwards. Michael was the Managing Principal at Pillar One Consulting, where they provided leadership on Human Capital initiatives, from January 2010 to January 2023. In addition, they have held positions at Evoke Consulting, LLC as the Director of Talent Management from March 2020 to August 2021, as well as at Digital Management, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources and Recruiting in 2010-2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Senior Director of Global Staffing at Deltek from 2007 to 2010, the AVP of HR & Recruiting at Washington Consulting from 2005 to 2007, and as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from 1999 to 2005.

Michael Heller (He/Him) has a Diploma in College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from Toms River High School South. Michael earned a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut in 1994. In 2013, they pursued a Masters in Human Resources from Georgetown University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in October 2021.
