Ana Margarida Oliveira

Ana Margarida Oliveira has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Ana Margarida started their career in 2010 as a Recruiter (Curricular internship) for EGOR. In 2011, they worked as an Academic Researcher for CAP (Centro de Avaliação Psicológica) - ISPA, where they conducted interviews for the System of Performance Evaluation for the technicians of the Institute of Applied Psychology. In 2012, they became a Recruiter (Freelance) for Decisões e Soluções. From 2013 to 2015, they worked for Talenter™ as a Recruitment and Selection/Human Resources Technician, Amaris as a Senior IT Recruiter, and Hotelscan as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2014, they also worked as a Freelance Writer for Blasting News. In 2015, they worked for Frag Srl as an International Recruiter. Finally, in 2018, they began their current role as the Head of Talent for UENI Ltd.

Ana Margarida Oliveira obtained their Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Ispa - Instituto Universitário between 2006 and 2011.
