Bryan Weathers

Bryan Weathers has over 27 years of IT experience and has held various roles in different companies. Most recently, they worked as an Access Engineering Team Lead at Xcelocloud Inc., where they provided technical leadership, managed a team of System Engineers, and worked with clients to develop and implement processes for core technologies such as Microsoft, AWS, Citrix, Cisco, and VMware. Prior to that, they were an Independent Senior Information Technology Consultant, assisting clients with IT infrastructure issues and specializing in Active Directory, M365, and Azure. Bryan also served as a Workstation Manager at Idaho Central Credit Union, where they maximized performance by monitoring daily activities and mentoring team members. Additionally, they worked as VP & Director of IT at Liberty Bank, where they brought all outsourced IT services in-house, built out a new branch location, and restructured the IT infrastructure with a focus on security. Bryan also held the position of Director IT Infrastructure at Foss Maritime Company, where they implemented a cybersecurity program and developed industry-based and financially strategic roadmap planning. Bryan has also worked at Harborcloud as a Lead System Engineer and Architect, at Milliman as a Manager of Operations and Infrastructure, at Sinclair Broadcast Group as a Manager of Information Systems, at DocuTech Corp. as a Director of IT, and at Costco Wholesale as a Manager of Collaboration Infrastructure Services and a Lead Citrix Analyst.

Bryan Weathers attended Seattle Preparatory from 1989 to 1992, where they received their high school diploma. Bryan then went on to study Finance at Boise State University from 1992 to 1994. In 1996, Bryan attended Bellevue College to pursue Computer Science, completing their studies in 1997.
