Abba Wolosow has extensive work experience in customer service and management roles. They began their career at The Aleph Institute as a student volunteer from 2013 to 2016. In 2018, they joined Xchange Telecom as an Assistant Customer Service Manager and later progressed to become the Customer Service Manager in 2019. They then assumed the role of Technical Support Manager in 2021 and transitioned to being a Salesforce Administrator in 2022. Currently, Abba holds the position of Director of Customer Service at Xchange Telecom starting in April 2023.
Abba Wolosow completed the CCENT degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager at the Cisco Networking Academy from 2017 to 2018. In addition, Abba obtained various certifications from Lynda.com, including "Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings," "Managing a Customer Service Team," "Phone-Based Customer Service," "Quick Fixes for Poor Customer Service," "Accounting Foundations: Bookkeeping," "Financial Literacy: Reading Financial Reports," "Learning VoIP and Unified Communications," and "Learning IP Addressing." These certifications were obtained in 2018, with the exception of "Learning IP Addressing," which was obtained in 2018. Abba also obtained an Avrohom Wolosow certification from the Cisco Networking Academy in July 2018.
