Zafar Hasan

Zafar Hasan is senior vice president, global head of corporate legal and board secretary at DXC Technology. A seasoned lawyer and executive, he serves as legal lead in global mergers & acquisitions, securities law, finance, corporate litigation, corporate governance, subsidiary management, cybersecurity and real estate. Zafar also advises DXC's executive leadership team and Board of Directors on the legal, reputational and regulatory implications in these areas. He manages a team of lawyers and is executive sponsor for the DXC Law Department Professional Development Program.

Zafar previously held senior leadership positions at The AES Corporation and was an attorney-advisor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He also previously worked as an associate at two large law firms.

He is a graduate of Northwestern University (Phi Beta Kappa), The University of Michigan Law School and The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business (MBA with honors).
