Matthew Sedigh is the founder and CEO of XCLAIM, an electronic marketplace for bankruptcy claims that adheres to the efficient market hypothesis by introducing greater transparency, faster settlement, and a fairer exchange of risk. Prior to founding XCLAIM, Mr. Sedigh served on the board of directors for the Turnaround Management Association and as managing director for Conway MacKenzie, Inc., where they were a recognized expert at orchestrating successful financial restructurings and operational turnarounds in various industries, including aerospace & defense, hospitality & gaming, oil & gas, media & entertainment, logistics, retail, and grocery. Mr. Sedigh has wide-ranging experience in insolvency and bankruptcy matters and has provided expert testimony in federal bankruptcy courts on reorganization plan feasibility, valuations, and other topics.
Matthew Sedigh has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from American University and a degree from Laguna Hills High School.
