Neeraj Malkoti

Neeraj Malkoti serves as the CEO of Xclaymation since October 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous leadership roles including Global Leader of Transformation at Aegon, where responsibilities included enterprise agility, innovation, and product management from July 2018 to September 2020. Earlier positions include Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2012 to 2018, Assistant Vice President and Team Lead at Credit Suisse from 2006 to February 2012, and System Engineer at Fidelity Investments in 2006. Neeraj Malkoti began a career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies from 2004 to 2006. Academic qualifications include education from Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, and a Master's degree in Computer Applications from LBSIM.
