XiaoLong Fan began their career in 2006 as an Intern at Microsoft. XiaoLong then moved on to an Intern role at Gameloft in 2007. In 2008, they joined Changyou.com (China) as a Software Engineer and was later promoted to Department Supervisor, Senior Software Engineer, and Deputy Programmer Leader. In 2014, they became the Partner CTO at Xcloud Game where they designed the data analysis system Tessar and analyzed traffic profiles, DAU, MAU, ARPU, ARPPU, and ROI for each game project. XiaoLong also built graph tables and automatic reports for each project.
XiaoLong Fan began their educational journey in 1999, when they enrolled in Beijing University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in architecture in 2003. XiaoLong then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Software engineering of Digital arts at Peking University, which they completed in 2008. Finally, in 2007, they began a Minor Bachelor's degree in Accountancy at the University of International Business and Economics, which they completed in 2010.
