Donna Gage

Donna Gage is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in the engineering and architectural sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing and Bids Manager at XCO2 since April 2024, Donna previously held the position of Practice Manager and Associate Director at Webb Yates Engineers from February 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading office administration and HR while focusing on marketing initiatives. Prior roles include Communications Manager at University College London’s Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction (September 2013 - February 2017) and Communications Coordinator at Metropolitan Workshop (December 2010 - September 2013). Earlier in Donna’s career, positions as Project Administrator and Administrative Assistant at Penoyre & Prasad LLP from June 2005 to December 2010 contributed to a solid foundation in administration and project support. Donna holds a Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (2021) and a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Essex (2004).
