Ben Kurk

Ben Kurk has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and leadership. Ben worked as the Head of Engineering (Backend) at xDesign since December 2021 and previously held the role of Engineering Manager from November 2020 to December 2021.

Prior to their time at xDesign, Ben worked at Ocado Technology, where they held various roles. Ben started as a Software Engineer and quickly progressed to become a Software Engineering Team Lead.
