Deborah Gillespie

Deborah Gillespie has extensive experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Their most recent position was as the Head of People at xDesign starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Change Recruitment Group for over 10 years as an HR Manager, where they gained experience in the professional services market and expanded the company's reach internationally. Before their time at Change Recruitment Group, Deborah worked as an HR Manager at Peninsula Business Services and held roles at O2 UK, Robert Half International, and Adecco UK, where they gained experience in recruitment and resourcing coordination.

Deborah Gillespie completed a Postgraduate Degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from ACT Counselling Services, from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a PGDip in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, from 2007 to 2009. Deborah also holds certifications, including Student Membership from British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) in 2022 and Chartered Member from CIPD in 2007.
