Carrie Kagan

Carrie leads the Customer Operations team for XDimensional Technologies. In that role, she is responsible for growing revenue and building long-term strategic relationships with their key customers. Carrie has close to 20 years of insurance and financial services technology experience, starting as a developer and working her way through various leadership roles in operations, finance, training, and project management disciplines over her career. Carrie has worked for leading companies like The Hartford, Wells Fargo, and MassMutual supporting their business needs and other top carriers like Caterpillar, Willis Towers Watson, and Starr Insurance with her tenure at Insurity. Carrie has a stellar reputation for collaborating toward practical approaches and bringing the right balance of people, process, and technology solutions to all interactions. Carrie has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Lady of the Elms College and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and a certified Change Management Specialist (CMS) from MSI.
