Leon Wilkes

Leon Wilkes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Leon currently serves as a Digital Care System Administrator at XE.com. Previously, they worked at Clarion Events as a Senior Salesforce Administrator, providing support to the sales teams across multiple locations and time zones. Leon was also involved in a digital transformation project and was responsible for solving tier 2 and tier 3 escalations. Before that, Leon worked in different roles at BMJ, where they provided pre and post-sales support, managed salesforce queries, and assisted in optimizing business growth and customer satisfaction. Leon also worked at NatWest as a Team Leader, where they supported the branch manager in meeting targets and generated leads. In addition, Leon worked at TSO as a Deputy Managing Editor and Publishing Executive, overseeing revenue, providing support, and managing advertising accounts. Throughout their career, Leon has demonstrated a strong background in Salesforce administration and support, as well as experience in finance, sales support, and team leadership.

Leon Wilkes attended several educational institutions throughout their life. Leon began their education at George Salter High School in West Midlands, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Afterward, they attended Rowley Regis College in West Midlands for a year, from 1991 to 1992. Leon then pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance at Walsall College, where they studied from 1992 to 1994.

In terms of certifications, Leon obtained several credentials throughout their career. In 2007, they earned "The Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice" from The London Institute of Banking & Finance. In 2016, they obtained Level 2 and Level 3 certifications from The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

Lastly, Leon has also focused on enhancing their skills in Salesforce, a cloud-based software company. In 2019, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA). More recently, in 2023, Leon acquired several Salesforce certifications, including the "Salesforce Certified Associate" credential from Salesforce itself and completed the "Flow Fundamentals Superbadge" and "Screen Flow Fundamentals Superbadge" courses from Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges.
