Sarah Bernhardi

Sarah Bernhardi has a strong background in customer experience and leadership roles, with experience at companies such as Dandelion Payments, Ria Money Transfer, and XE.com as the Chief Customer Experience Officer. Prior to these roles, Sarah served as the Commercial Director at OFX and Customer Care Director at Miele. Sarah also held the position of Vice President, Worldwide Customer Support Operations at IBM, where the company acquired Micromuse in 2006 for $856 million.
