Hailey Ray

Hailey Ray is the current Head of Partnerships at Xeal. Prior to this, they worked as a Clinical Sales Representative for Coloplast from August 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they provided support for customers in an OR setting to ensure the proper procedural steps were being taken. Hailey also managed their territory and hit monthly quotas/ sales goals. Before Coloplast, Hailey worked as a Medical Sales Representative for CheckedUp from December 2018 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for point of care outside and inside sales to rheumatology, ophthalmology and dermatology practices. Hailey also generated and optimized leads through creative communication and cold calling. As a result of their success in this role, they were promoted in less than three months and chosen to represent CheckedUp at the 2019 Congress of Clinical Rheumatology Conference in Destin, Florida as well as the FL Society of Rheumatology Conference at Disney.

Hailey Ray has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Penn State University.

Hailey Ray works with Regan Hartley - VP, Sales, Nikhil Bharadwaj - Co-Founder & CTO, and Eric Roseman - Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Hailey Ray reports to Alexander Isaacson, Co-Founder & CEO.
