Tad Grindeland

Tad Grindeland has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Tad started as a Teaching Assistant at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering in 2019. Tad then joined the University of Washington as a Research Assistant, working on Human Computer Interaction and Accessible Technologies until 2022. During their time at the university, Tad also served as an IT Accessibility Student Assistant. In 2021, they joined Alaska Airlines as a Software Engineer Intern, and later became a full-time Software Engineer until 2023. Tad's most recent role is a Software Engineer at Xealth, where they currently work.

Tad Grindeland began their education at Bainbridge High School, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Following their high school graduation, Tad enrolled at the University of Washington, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Tad is expected to complete their degree program in 2022.
