Walter van der Scheer

Walter van der Scheer is an accomplished marketing leader with significant experience in cloud marketing and data management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Marketing - Cloud at Xebia since June 2021, Walter oversees strategic marketing initiatives for key partners such as AWS and Google Cloud across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. In parallel, Walter holds an acting role as Head of Marketing - Data at de Dataloog and has an extensive background in various marketing and leadership positions, including Director at Binx.io and CMO at GoDataDriven. Furthermore, Walter co-founded the Dutch Data Science Week and has held key roles in companies like Medicx.ai and Copernica Marketing Software, where notable achievements include growing the client base to over 3,500 users.
