Lynnette Scott

Lynnette Scott has work experience in various HR and people management roles. Lynnette worked as a Business Partnering Director at Xeinadin Group starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of People at Capricorn Financial Consultancy from August 2022 to January 2023. From January 2017 to August 2022, they held multiple roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Tysers. Lynnette also served as an HR Officer at VISION-REDBRIDGE CULTURE & LEISURE from March 2016 to January 2017, and as an HR Administrator at St John Ambulance from May 2015 to March 2016.

Lynnette Scott attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Human Resources and Management. Lynnette also completed a CIPD Level 5 program in Human Resources Management at Avado in 2015-2016.
