Emir Kadric

Emir Kadric, MBA, serves as CFO for the Market Area South East Europe at Xella Group since July 2008, overseeing finance, accounting, controlling, purchasing, IT, HR, legal compliance, and shared services centers across Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Slovenia. Additionally, Emir holds the position of COO for Xella Alpe Adria, focusing on strategic purchasing and business transformation. Previous roles include CFO positions at Ytong BH d.o. and Siporex dd Tuzla, and Deputy Finance Director for Bosnia and Herzegovina at NEXE d.d. Emir's career began with Coca-Cola HBC as Business Planning Manager, where significant IT systems were implemented, and at ALBA Group as Financial Controller, where comprehensive financial reporting and joint ventures were managed. Emir holds a Master of Business Administration from IEDC - Bled School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the School of Economics and Business Sarajevo.
