Marianne Norup-Nielsen

Marianne Norup-Nielsen has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Marianne began their career at Prime Computer Inc. in 1984 as a Post Sales Assistant and worked there until 1989. Marianne then joined PA Consulting Group as a Personal Assistant and remained with the company until 1999.

In 1999, Marianne joined Alpharma Inc. as an IT Manager and remained in this role until 2005. Marianne then moved to Actavis A/S where they served as an IT Manager from 2005 to 2011.

In 2011, Marianne joined Xellia Pharmaceuticals as a Director of IT Service & Business Applications. In this position, they focused on aligning IT with business processes and creating IT solutions and services that met customer needs. Marianne later advanced to the role of Senior Director Global IT in 2017 and eventually became the Chief Information Officer in 2020.

Throughout their career, Marianne has demonstrated their expertise in IT management and leadership, and their ability to translate customer needs into effective IT solutions.

Marianne Norup-Nielsen received education in the field of Natural Leadership. In 2008, they attended Natural Leadership - Pathfinder A/S and obtained a Natural Leader degree.
