Suzan Uzel has over five years of experience in Human Resources. Suzan began their career in 2017 as an HR Assistant for social sweethearts GmbH, where they handled job applications, conducted direct searches, and communicated with candidates. In 2018, they began working at IDnow as a Senior HR Manager and HR Manager, where they were the first point of contact for employees and managers for all HR related topics. Suzan also handled personnel-related issues, prepared and conducted company-wide performance review cycles, managed and administered performance goals, and was responsible for payroll management and HR related topics of the Security Concept. In 2021, Suzan Uzel started working as a Freelance HR Management & Consulting, optimizing and introducing HR workflows, HR metrics & reporting, performance management, payroll setup and preparation, and implementing HR tools. Suzan has also been a Freelance HR Consultant at XEMPUS, a Freelance HR Advisor & Personio Implementation Manager at power2nature GmbH, an Interim People Ops Manager at Alaiko, and a Freelance HR Consultant at Frank Juice GmbH and Smartlane GmbH. Currently, they are working as an HR Advisor & Interim Payroll Manager at DAVID Systems GmbH.
