Jessie Szemraj

Jessie Szemraj is an experienced product leader currently serving as Product Lead at XEN since July 2024. Previously, Jessie held the position of Director of Product Management at Torch from April 2020 to March 2024, where significant improvements in usability and AI technology integration were achieved. Jessie’s experience includes leading product initiatives at Lingoda GmbH, focusing on product analytics and user experience improvements, and a variety of roles at LiveRamp that emphasized strategic performance measurement and product implementation. Earlier work at American Express involved managing risk oversight and facilitating product development initiatives, complemented by a modeling career and academic contributions as a graduate instructor at the University of Michigan. Jessie holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Michigan.
