Lulu Arias has a diverse background in various industries. Lulu worked as a Customer Success member at XENDEE, a SaaS platform for Microgrid and distributed energy system design and operation optimization. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Business Development at Invest in Their Art. Lulu also founded Gender Equity Matters (GEM) and worked at the New York City Commission on Gender Equity as an MBA Intern for Economic Mobility and Opportunity. Lulu gained experience in consulting at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they held positions as a Consultant, Senior Associate, and Associate. At BCG, Lulu worked on projects in the mining, energy, industrial goods, financial services, and government sectors. Lulu also presented a presentation about Argentina's future work market to CEOs and Argentina's president. Before BCG, they worked as a CIB Trade Support Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Lulu Arias has a diverse educational background. Lulu completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' between 2011 and 2016. In 2010, Lulu obtained the International Baccalaureate (IB) certification from The International Baccalaureate and the First Certificate in English (FCE) from the University of Cambridge. Also in 2008, they achieved the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) from the University of Cambridge.

Lulu further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School, specializing in Business Administration. Lulu attended the program from 2020 to 2022. Lulu then decided to explore their passion for art therapy and enrolled in the Escuela Argentina de Arteterapia. Lulu earned a Masters degree in Art Therapy/Therapist from 2023 to 2025.
