David Ashley's work experience begins with their role as a Customer Success Manager at Xendoo Online Bookkeeping, starting in November 2020. In this position, they partner with small business owners, understanding their accounting needs and financial goals to provide solutions and ensure Xendoo becomes a valuable partner. David also provides oversight and training for the Customer Success Team and is responsible for department goals and metrics.

David Ashley attended Franklin University from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. David did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2018, they obtained certifications in "Excel 2016: Conditional Formatting in Depth" and "Excel: Creating Drop-Down Lists" from Lynda.com.
