Current employment at Xenel Industries as Executive Secretary began in January 2020, following a similar role at Halwani Brothers from October 2014 to January 2020, where assistance was provided to the CEO in daily administration tasks and corporate executive support. Prior to this, Rolando served as Company Administrator and Personal Assistant to the CEO at Xeca International from April 2005 to October 2014 and held the position of Secretary to the CEO at Arabian Entertainment Company Ltd. from January 1999 to March 2005.
