Brian Ellis

Brian Ellis, PE PG, is a seasoned professional in environmental engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Project Manager and Conventional Island Area Lead at X-energy, Brian oversees a team of engineers in the design of the Conventional Island. Prior experience includes managing stormwater BMP and stream restoration projects at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC and leading pipeline condition assessment teams at Xylem Inc. Brian has also held positions as a Drilling and Environmental Engineer at Texakoma Exploration and Production and as a Water Resources Engineer at CH2M HILL, among others. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics from Texas A&M University.
