Modou Secka is a Project Control Specialist at McKissack & McKissack, involved in Exelon's Strategic Infrastructure Development and Enhancement Program since May 2018. Prior experience includes roles in project controls and data analytics at the University of Maryland, focusing on construction budgets and schedules from June 2016 to December 2017, as well as serving as a Project Engineer with the National Roads Authority, monitoring road infrastructure projects from March 2014 to January 2016. Earlier, Modou worked as an Assistant Engineer for Pace | Architecture, Engineering + Planning, overseeing a $15 million highway project from December 2012 to March 2014. Modou holds a Master's degree and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Maryland, along with a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology.
