Firdaus Jal Dastoor

Firdaus Dastoor was appointed non-executive Director of Xenetic in January 2014. He began his career as the Company Secretary of the Poonawalla Group. He then took on assignments involved in business development strategies and operations. Currently, Mr. Dastoor is a Group Director in charge of Finance and Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary of the Serum Institute of India Private Limited at the Cyrus Poonawalla Group. He has been a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1990. Mr. Dastoor is on the board of several private companies operating in the fields of engineering products, life sciences and biotech, international trade, financial services, and quality standards certifications.
